What Kritia is. Compliance tooling and general information. The scope checker and the policy generator cover the EU AI Act and the national law implementing it across EU member states, and produce an automated, indicative result from the answers you give. The website scanner is broader and shallower: it reads visible signals on one page of a site against the rules of the market you tell it you trade in — the EU, the United Kingdom or the United States — and reports signals to act on, never a compliance verdict. Where a rule set is mapped from primary sources but has not yet been verified by a person, the report says so on its face and quotes no penalty figures.

What Kritia is not. Legal advice. No solicitor-client relationship is created by using this site. For decisions with legal consequences, consult a qualified professional. While we work to keep content aligned with the law as amended (including Regulation (EU) 2026/1744), we make no warranty that outputs are complete, current, or correct for your specific situation.

Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on the free scope checker, the website scanner, the policy generator or site content.

Acceptable use. Don’t abuse, scrape at volume, or attempt to disrupt the service.
